About Shumatsu Touring

An anime adaptation of Sai Sato's manga. A road movie-style work in which Yoko and Airi travel through post-apocalyptic Japan, where people have vanished, on electrified off-road motorcycles.

The official site's episode synopses name the places visited. Starting from Hakone, they pass through Tokyo, Chiba, Ibaraki, Tochigi, and Saitama, and head for the Venus Line in Nagano. Real spots across the Kanto region, such as Todoroki Valley, Umihotaru, Tsukuba Expo Center, and Yoshimi Hyakuana, are depicted in a ruined state.
