About Your Name.
A feature-length animated film directed by Makoto Shinkai. The story begins with a strange phenomenon in which Taki, a high school boy in Tokyo, and Mitsuha, a high school girl living in a town deep in the mountains, swap minds and bodies in their dreams.
Hida-Furukawa in Hida, Gifu Prefecture is known as one of the model locations. The city's tourism site guides visitors to places connected to the scene in which Taki and others ask around to look for Itomori, such as Hida-Furukawa Station and the area in front of it, Keta Wakamiya Shrine, and the Ochiai bus stop in the mountains.
