About Child of Kamiari Month
An original theatrical anime in which Kanna, a girl who lost her mother and can no longer face running, is invited by Shiro, a rabbit messenger of the gods, to travel to Izumo, where the gods gather.
The Shimane Prefecture official tourism site introduces the settings of the work on a special location-hunting page. The spots are mainly in Shimane, following Kanna's journey from Miho Shrine in Matsue along Lake Shinji, then Inome Coast and Inasa-no-hama Beach, to Izumo Taisha.
