About Anohana: The Flower We Saw That Day
A coming-of-age ensemble story in which Menma, a childhood friend who died when they were young, appears before Jintan, a high school student who tends to shut himself in, and the friends who had drifted apart gather together again.
The setting is modeled on Chichibu, Saitama Prefecture. Besides the Old Chichibu Bridge that appears in the story, the Chichibu City "Anohana" pilgrimage campaign designates Jorin-ji Temple, Chichibu Shrine, and Hitsujiyama Park as spots to visit.
